Terms & Conditions

Throughout the following Colombian Doors is referred to as CD.

Retention of title:
All goods supplied by CD remain the property of CD until payment has been received in full.

Returns:
The goods we sell and supply are reclaimed or salvaged and as such are individual items. It is important that you satisfy yourself that the condition, quality and function of the goods are suitable for the purpose and use required. If you are not sure then you must advise CD at the time of purchase. You will then have 7 days during which time you may return the goods for a full refund. After that, any returns will be at CD’s discretion, and should CD accept the return then a restocking charge of 20% will be deducted from the refund, which will be the invoice price of the goods excluding any carriage costs. Refunds will be in the form of a credit note, which must be used within 6 months of issue date.

Items will only be considered for return if in the same condition, quality and quantity as first delivered.

Items will not be considered for return if they have been installed, used or altered in any way, shape or form.

No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

The costs of returning goods will be at the buyer’s expense.

CD accepts no responsibility for any consequential loss or subsequent costs howsoever arising from the use of materials supplied by CD.

Goods despatched by CD using a carrier, courier, post office or any other means must be inspected for damage within 3 days of receipt and any damage or shortage should be notified immediately to CD by phone, and confirmed by letter or email.

CD will not be responsible for damage reported after that period.

Carrier’s delivery notes should be marked if damage to packaging is obvious or if there is a short delivery in the number of packages. A copy of that note should be sent to CD immediately.

All dimensions or weights given are approximate. Dimensions used will be imperial or metric at CD’s discretion.

All timings, schedules and delivery dates quoted or estimated are approximate.

Reserving goods:
